Today is known as #BlueMonday and there are no celebrations with the added kick of Covid to what is regarded as the most depressing day of the year. However, even without the warmth of the weather and with Christmas bills to pay, at least one of the Twiterati have come up with a good solution to the Covid aspect of this unholy trinity as seen in the tweet below:

Dealing with Emotional Exhaustion
The USA Today article above discussed this feeling many are experiencing as a reaction to the “frustrating, heartbreaking, unpredictable events of the past months”. The article provides some useful advice in determining whether a person has in fact reached a level of emotional exhaustion. As well there are what are considered excellent and creative suggestions of what can be done to combat the onset of this threat to mental health, including thinking about what “refills you emotionally“.
In this latter regard, this is why we have tried through our daily free puzzles and our puzzle books to provide a fun diversion for mental health positivity.
