A disgruntled employee wanted to seek revenge and locked five of his co-workers in the lunch room, giving each two pills and a glass of water. He told them each co-worker to take one pill in a stern voice and warned them that one of the pills was poisonous and the other was not. Whichever pill the co-worker didn’t take, the disgrunt said he would take. Every co-worker somehow chose the poisonous pill and died.
How did the disgrunt get the employees to all to take the poisonous pill?

The pills were not poisonous. The poison was in the water which was used by the co-workers to swallow the pill.
