He gave each of them some coins and told them to buy something that would be able to fill a room of indeterminate size. The first son bought straw, but there wasn’t enough to fill the room the father chose. The second son bought some sticks, but they also did not fill the room the father chose. The third son bought two things that filled the room chosen by the father, receiving his father’s fortune. What were the two things that the father’s third son bought?
